Designed for GMP-compliant cleanroom environments, the BagBox 750L cleanroom tote handles large-volume fluid processes with the hygiene and operational reliability that biopharmaceutical production demands.
Built on the square 1155 x 1155 mm footprint shared across the large-format range, the 750L suits standard pallet handling and distributes load evenly when stacked. It is dimensioned for 3D gamma-irradiated single-use bags from all major suppliers and folds down when empty to reduce storage and return transport volume. An optional Smart Door gives ergonomic access to drain tubing without reaching into the tote. Smooth, non-shedding thermoplastic surfaces wipe clean and resist the chemicals used in routine GMP procedures.
Key Features:
- 750L capacity for large-scale bioprocessing operations
- Compatible with 3D single-use bag systems from all major suppliers
- Square 1155 x 1155 mm footprint for even stacking and pallet handling
- Collapsible when empty and stackable four high when static
- Optional Smart Door for ergonomic access to drain tubing
Applications:
- High-volume buffer and media preparation
- Storage and transfer of critical fluids
- Upstream and downstream cleanroom bioprocesses
- Controlled fluid movement within Grade A and Grade B zones
The 750L Cleanroom Tote can be customised to fit specific process requirements, from drainage port position through to Smart Door configuration and branding. It sits in the large-volume section of a range running from 50L to 1500L, and where the standard range does not fit your bag system or facility layout, our engineering team will design a variant that does.
