Designed for GMP-compliant cleanroom environments, the BagBox 100L cleanroom tote is a versatile, collapsible carrier for managing sensitive fluids in biotech and pharmaceutical workflows.
Made from smooth, non-shedding thermoplastics, this 100L tote is dimensioned for 3D gamma-irradiated single-use bags from all major suppliers. It is the smallest tote in the range that folds down, collapsing from 623 mm to 520 mm when empty, which makes a material difference to storage and return transport across a fleet. The balance of capacity against footprint suits small to mid-size batch operations, buffer preparation and transfer between clean zones. Surfaces wipe clean and resist the chemicals used in routine GMP procedures.
Key Features:
- 100L capacity for small to mid-volume bioprocess workflows
- Compatible with 3D single-use bag systems from all major suppliers
- Smooth, non-shedding surfaces for straightforward cleaning and sanitation
- Stackable three high when static, and collapsible when empty
- Extra open level for hygienic and secure tube connection
Applications:
- Biopharma media and buffer preparation
- Small to mid-batch formulation
- Fluid transfer between Grade A and Grade B cleanrooms
- Secure storage in GMP-compliant environments
The 100L Cleanroom Tote can be customised to fit specific process requirements, from drainage port position through to Smart Door configuration and branding. It sits toward the lower end of a range running from 50L to 1500L, and where the standard range does not fit your bag system or facility layout, our engineering team will design a variant that does.
