Designed for GMP-compliant cleanroom environments, the BagBox 50L cleanroom tote is a compact, stackable carrier for handling critical fluids in biotech and pharmaceutical processes.
Made from high-grade thermoplastics, this 50L tote is dimensioned for 3D gamma-irradiated single-use bags. Its shallow internal profile and small footprint suit small-batch operations, media and buffer preparation, and transfer between clean zones. Unlike the larger totes in the range, the 50L does not fold down: at this size the space saving would be marginal, and the fixed structure gives a higher static load rating of 1500 kg. Smooth, non-shedding surfaces wipe clean and resist the chemicals used in routine GMP procedures.
Key Features:
- 50L capacity for small-volume bioprocess fluid handling
- Compatible with 3D single-use bag systems from all major suppliers
- Smooth, non-shedding surfaces for straightforward cleanroom sanitation
- Stackable three high when static, saving cleanroom and storage space
- Fully drainable base with optional dropdown door for ergonomic tube access
Applications:
- Biopharma media and buffer preparation
- Small-batch formulation
- Fluid transfer between Grade A and Grade B zones
- Storage and short-distance cleanroom transport
The 50L Cleanroom Tote can be customised to fit specific process requirements, from drainage port position through to dropdown door configuration and branding. It is the smallest unit in a range running from 50L to 1500L, and where the standard range does not fit your bag system or facility layout, our engineering team will design a variant that does.
