Designed for high-throughput GMP environments, the BagBox 500L cleanroom tote combines scale with the hygiene and space efficiency that bioprocessing and pharmaceutical fluid handling require.
At 500 litres, this is the first tote in the range built on the larger 1230 x 823 mm footprint, with the structural strength to match: a maximum static load of 4200 kg and a dynamic rating of 1260 kg. It is dimensioned for 3D gamma-irradiated single-use bags from all major suppliers and suits medium to large batch operations. Empty, it folds from 1053 mm down to 605 mm, which materially reduces storage and return transport volume across a fleet. Smooth thermoplastic surfaces wipe clean and resist the chemicals used in routine GMP procedures, supporting contamination control throughout the hold.
Key Features:
- 500L capacity for moderate to large batch processing
- Compatible with 3D single-use bag systems from all major suppliers
- Collapsible to 605 mm and stackable four high when static
- Rated to 4200 kg static and 1260 kg dynamic load
- Smooth thermoplastic surfaces for quick and compliant sanitation
Applications:
- Buffer and media storage in GMP cleanrooms
- Fluid transfer between upstream and downstream process stages
- Biotech and pharmaceutical formulation handling
- Transport and staging within controlled environments
The 500L Cleanroom Tote can be customised to fit specific process requirements, from drainage port position through to Smart Door configuration and branding. It sits toward the upper end of a range running from 50L to 1500L, and where the standard range does not fit your bag system or facility layout, our engineering team will design a variant that does.
