Designed for cleanroom operations that need high capacity without breaking pallet standards, the BagBox 1000L (1210) cleanroom tote holds a full 1000 litres within a 1200 x 1000 mm external footprint.
That footprint is what distinguishes this variant from the standard 1000L tote. At 1200 x 1000 mm it matches the standard pallet dimension used across European logistics, so the unit moves through racking, lorries and warehouse systems without special handling or wasted space. It is dimensioned for 3D gamma-irradiated single-use bags from all major suppliers and also supports autoclave sterilisation where a process requires it. Smooth, non-shedding surfaces with minimal seams wipe clean quickly, and ergonomic handles keep manual movement practical at this scale. Empty, the tote folds from 1340 mm down to 617 mm.
Key Features:
- 1000L capacity within a 1200 x 1000 mm standard pallet footprint
- Compatible with gamma-irradiated 3D bags and autoclave sterilisation
- Collapsible to 617 mm for efficient transport and cleanroom storage
- Rated to 4500 kg static and 3000 kg dynamic load
- Smooth surfaces and minimal seams for straightforward sanitation
Applications:
- Large-scale media and buffer preparation
- Fluid transfer across production steps
- Cleanroom and inter-site transport of biotech and pharmaceutical fluids
- Bulk storage of high-value process fluids
The 1000L (1210) Cleanroom Tote can be customised to fit specific process requirements, from drainage port position through to Smart Door configuration and branding. It is one of two 1000L formats in a range running from 50L to 1500L, and where the standard range does not fit your bag system or facility layout, our engineering team will design a variant that does.
