The BagBox 50L transport tote is built for secure movement of sensitive bioprocess fluids across production areas and between facilities.
What separates the transport range from our cleanroom totes is access control. Tube connections sit behind secure doors and lids, so the fluid path stays protected while the unit is in motion and cannot be opened or interfered with in transit. At 50 litres this is the smallest tote in the range, suited to small-batch movement and short-range logistics, and it shares the 809 x 609 mm footprint used across the smaller formats. Like the 50L cleanroom tote it has a rigid, non-folding structure: at this size the space saved by folding would be marginal. Non-shedding thermoplastic surfaces wipe clean and resist the chemicals used in routine GMP procedures.
Key Features:
- 50L capacity for agile fluid transport and shipping
- Tube connections held behind secure, lockable doors and lids
- Compatible with 3D single-use bag systems from all major suppliers
- Stackable four high when static, with an impact-resistant structure
- Non-shedding smooth surfaces for straightforward wipe-down
Applications:
- Movement of small-batch fluids within clean production zones
- Short-range transport of biotech and pharmaceutical media
- Shipping between facilities where volumes are modest
- Mobile storage in controlled environments
The 50L Transport Tote can be customised to fit specific process requirements, from drainage port position through to door configuration and branding. It is the smallest unit in a range running from 50L to 1500L, and where the standard range does not fit your bag system or facility layout, our engineering team will design a variant that does.
