The BagBox 100L transport tote is built for operations where cleanliness and secure handling of fluids are not negotiable, moving bioprocess fluids between controlled zones and between facilities.
Two features define this unit. A lockable drain door keeps the discharge point secure and tamper-evident, and an enclosed compartment above pallet level protects discharge tubes throughout the journey, so tubing is never exposed to snagging or interference in transit. At 100 litres it is the smallest tote in the transport range that folds down, collapsing from 623 mm to 520 mm when empty, which makes a material difference to return-freight volume across a fleet. It shares the 809 x 609 mm footprint used across the smaller formats, so mixed volumes run on a single handling standard.
Key Features:
- 100L capacity for secure mid-volume transport and shipping
- Lockable drain door with tamper-resistant tube storage
- Enclosed tube compartment above pallet level for transit protection
- Compatible with 3D single-use bag systems from all major suppliers
- Collapsible to 520 mm and stackable four high when static
Applications:
- Transport of biotech and pharmaceutical fluids
- Tube-protected movement between Grade A and Grade B zones
- GMP-compliant inter-facility and intra-site logistics
- Shipping between sites where volumes are modest
The 100L Transport Tote can be customised to fit specific process requirements, from drainage port position through to door configuration and branding. It sits toward the lower end of a range running from 50L to 1500L, and where the standard range does not fit your bag system or facility layout, our engineering team will design a variant that does.
