Our engineering team works through every port exit, tube route and footprint constraint with yours, so the physical interface supports your SOPs rather than forcing a workaround. Where the standard range fits, we specify from it. Where it does not, our Custom Engineering service designs the unit that does, and you approve the technical drawing before anything is fabricated.
Most facilities run more than one carrier type across the fluid path. Cleanroom totes hold the bag through buffer preparation, harvest and static hold, where rigid vertical support and surface hygiene matter most. Transport totes take over for movement between suites and sites, adding lockable ports and hydrodynamic stability. Bioprocess trolleys cover in-suite mobility at 50L through 500L, and drum totes handle smaller upright volumes from 50L to 250L. Specifying the right combination for each stage is usually a bigger lever on workflow reliability than any single product decision.
